4th Annual Macon Mural Festival
September 11 – September 13, 2026
Join us for a fun and art filled weekend featuring beautiful murals throughout our downtown area. Macon Arts Alliance is excited to pair muralists with participating businesses and further brand Macon as a vibrant, creative community.
The Macon Mural Festival generates impactful economic growth, creates community gathering spaces and fosters connection and compassion among diverse groups. The Festival also purposes to bring quality public art to underserved neighborhoods to encourage a sense of pride and identity
Schedule of Events:
Friday, September 11th – Muralists will begin painting, and you are invited to stroll around downtown to watch their creations come to life.
Saturday, September 12th – Artists will continue to work on their murals. That evening, the public is invited to meet the artists at our Mural Celebration Party. Details TBD.
